The Shipment Tracking Report is a mechanism to search for multiple shipments by tracking number and view a quick summary of the current status.
If you have a list of tracking numbers and need to see at a glance what the status of those shipments are you should use the Tracking Report.
This page is located in the menu under Shipments | Tracking Report
Here you can paste a list of tracking numbers from your source (for example, a column in Excel)
The only requirement is that each line has a single tracking number.
A report will be produced which you can search and sort
If the tracking number matches a shipment outside your security scope this will be indicated in the Customer column (which will read "(Out of scope)").
Note that the Tracking Report will also search the Tracking Pool for tracking numbers and if found this will be reported in the Status column.
