Changing Usernames

It is not possible to change a username once the user has been created

Usernames cannot be changed once created. You can create new users and potentially delete the old user but note that the shipment history is permanently connected to the old user.

If the username you wish to change is the primary user (administrator) for a customer account, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new user in the same customer account with the correct (new) username

  2. Duplicate all permissions and any other settings applicable

  3. Edit the Customer Account to change the Administrator from the old username to the new username

  4. Save changes
