Offer Report

How to obtain a report on offers for all customers

In order to review offers for a particular route for all customers, you can use the Offer Report action.

For Partners: Go to Customers | Associates and select the Associate you wish to analyze, then click Offer Report.

For Associates: you will find an Offers Report button on your dashboard.

In the form, add a column for each route you wish to assess.

Set the column caption in the "Name" property. When you submit you will receive a table of what was offered to each customer.

When viewing the output from this action in your Action History you will have access to a Download command for exporting a spreadsheet
