Terms & Conditions

Obtaining user agreements and confirmations of your terms and conditions.

Terms documents are essentially agreements that the user must read and confirm before proceeding with some task. The General Terms and Agreements are a particular type that each user must agree to at login. Other types can come in to effect for specific operations (such as shipping Dangerous Goods). Each agreement is recorded, noting the user and the time they agreed.

If a customer account has multiple users, each user must separately agree to the terms documents.

Revisions

Each time a Terms document is revised, users must agree to the revision before proceeding. It is not possible to edit an existing terms document without making a revision. This means every user's agreement is always for the latest revision.
