The Batch Shipment Editor is reached from the Batch table where you will find an "Editor" button for the individual batches.

Overview

The shipment editor resembles a spreadsheet (and in fact behaves similarly).

Select cells by clicking on them and you can navigate with either the mouse or the arrow keys.

Searching

Type in the Search box to filter rows to only those with text in any cell that matches what you typed.

Sorting

You can double-click on any column header to sort the rows according to that column.

Editing

As soon as you start typing you are changing properties in the batch. Each change will be saved immediately and an indicator will show this. If you make a mistake, use your computer's standard undo keys (CTRL-Z for Windows).

Drag-Fill

Using a mechanism similar to Excel you can drag the bottom-right corner of a cell to copy the value to neighbouring cells.

Because all changes are saved immediately you can navigate to a different page at any time without losing your progress.

Multiple Packages

Columns are present for packages 1 through 5. To delete a package, set the Quantity column to zero.
